Ms. Lucy Pokuaa is an accomplished Rural Banking Executive with over 17 years of progressive leadership experience in Ghana’s rural and community banking sector. She holds an MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Cape Coast, a Bachelor of Commerce Degree, and an Executive Certificate in Banking from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, Ghana.
Lucy began her career as a Teller and rose steadily through operations, finance, and general management roles. She previously served as General Manager and later Chief Executive Officer of Drobo Community Bank PLC, where she led a remarkable transformation of the institution. Under her leadership, the bank achieved significant growth, including a 356% increase in total deposits, over 900% growth in investments, strong asset expansion, improved loan portfolio performance, and consistent profit enhancement. She is known for strengthening institutional resilience through effective risk management, digitization, improved branding, staff welfare initiatives, and community-focused product development.
Lucy is recognized for her strong leadership values, honesty, discipline, teamwork, dependability, and a deep commitment to operational excellence. She has participated in numerous high-level trainings organized by the Bank of Ghana in corporate governance, risk management, cybersecurity, financial analysis, and strategic leadership.
A visionary leader passionate about community development, Lucy continues to champion digital transformation, customer-centered service delivery, and sustainable growth strategies that position Kwahu Rural Bank as a strong, modern, and community-rooted financial institution.

Nana Boakye Acheampong has over ten years’ experience in the Banking industry. He joined the Bank in the year 2020 as Deputy CEO. He is an analytical individual and Holds Bsc. Biological Science and MBA in Finance from the University of Cape Coast. He is a strategist and specialized in Microfinance, Mobile Banking and internal Controls. He is chartered Banker (ACIB) and a certified Forensic Investigator. He is currently pursuing an LLB program at the Presbyterian University, Law Faculty in Kumasi.

Victor Gyimah is a seasoned banking professional with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry. He has held key leadership roles, notably heading both the Risk & Compliance and Internal Audit departments, where he demonstrated a strong commitment to governance, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
Victor holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree , Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and Certified Data Protection Specialist (CDPS). He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Financial Risk Management (MSc FRM) at the Pentecost University Graduate School (PUG), further deepening his expertise in risk analytics and financial strategy. Additionally, he is a student of the Chartered Institute of Taxation (CIT), reflecting his dedication to continuous professional development. Victor is a fully qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
A proud member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and the Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Victor brings a multidisciplinary perspective to financial oversight, risk management, and compliance frameworks. Mr. Cofie was appointed on 3rd January, 2017 by Kwahu Rural Bank as the substantive Human Resources/Administration. He holds Diploma in ICT from IPMC, BSc. Information Communication Technology (BSc. ICT) from the Presbyterian University, Ghana and Certificate in Human Resource Strategy also from the Presbyterian University, Ghana. Until his appointment into Kwahu Rural Bank as the HR/Administrator, he was an ICT Tutor/Instructor at St. Peter’s Boys’ Senior High School, Nkwatia-Kwahu for twelve years. For his diverse and rich wealth of work experience, provided him the opportunity to occupy the role of HR/Administration at Kwahu Rural Bank.

She has over 30 years of banking experience. she was appointed as Clerk and has risen through the ranks from being Agency Manager of Nkawkaw, Pepease Chief Cashier and now Operations Manager. She has knowledge in the area of Treasury Management, Prudential returns, and accounts management. She is a strategic team member of the Bank.
Ms. Vivien holds Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the Presbyterian University College. She has attended the following seminars and Workshop organized by Apex Bank: Automated Clearing House, CCC, Microfinance in both Italy and India.

He joined the Bank as Microfinance Officer in 2012. Due to his outstanding performance as microfinance credit Officer, he rose through to the position of Microfinance Coordinator. Because of his interest in marketing, in the year
2017 he was appointed to Head the Marketing and complaints Department of the Bank.
He has attended training on Sensitization Workshop on Sales and Marketing of Financial Products and Services which was organized by Apex Bank.
He holds Master of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cape Coast.

He joined the Bank in the year 2007 as a clerk. He became a teller for Pepease branch. After gaining more experience, he became credit officer at Market Square Mobilizing Centre of the Bank. Due to his diligent work, he was promoted to manage the Centre. He then rose to the position of Chief Cashier in 2017. He was then appointed as Head of accounts in 2018.
Mr. Twum holds Bsc. in Accounting and HND in Accounting from Cape Coast Technical University and also a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers (CIB)

He joined the Bank in 2006 as Assistant Accountant. After proving satisfactory on his job schedule, he was transferred to join the Credit Department. He has risen through the various Positions at the Credit department to the position of Head.
